Current turn around time is 3-5 business days for cups. Any beaded items 1-2 business days. At checkout, please be sure to add character choice if purchasing a Doorable item. You can purchase a blank cup but the price remains the same. Indicate in comments at checkout no decal/wrap wanted.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer returns. If there is any damage to your cup, please contact us within 48 hours of your cup being delivered using the "contact us" option. We will respond to your email within 48 hours and make it right!

As stated in my shipping policies, I do have a full-time job on top of this business. Please allow the max of 48 hours for an email response before sending another email. I do not check emails on Sundays as that is reserved for family. Thank you for understanding.
