Shipping Policies

US shipping only at this time. All orders are shipped through USPS and rates are set by the company. Turn around time is 3-5 business days after your cup is made. 

Once packages leave our hands and are in the possession of USPS, regardless of our fragile stickers they aren't always treated that way. Bubbles are an inevitable part of shipping. I do my best to only leave a small bubble before it leaves me however, temperature changes and jostling around during transit will cause more. 

I ship on Mondays and Wednesdays currently as I do have a full time job. If that changes in the future I will update this page.
