Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer returns.

If there is any damage to your cup (leaking, cracks, etc.) once you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery using the contact form and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We will not respond to social media messages. Any refunds due to broken/cracked cups will require photo or video proof before a refund is issued.

I do have a full-time job on top of starting this business so please allow the full 48 hours before sending a second email. I do not check emails or reply on Sundays.
